Projects
Project scope, timescales, payment terms and any ongoing support are agreed in writing with each client before work begins.
Website Maintenance & Ongoing Service
Following the launch of a client's website, an ongoing maintenance fee of £20 per month applies where maintenance and continued website management are included as part of the agreed service. The maintenance fee covers the ongoing service agreed with the client and is charged separately from the initial website development price. This fee only applies after the client accepts the project, the maintenance arrangement is agreed, and the website or service has begun — requesting a free quote never creates any payment obligation. If maintenance payments remain unpaid for three consecutive months, the website may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance has been paid. Reasonable notice will be provided before suspension where possible. Suspension does not automatically mean that the website or client data will be permanently deleted.
Agreeing to these terms
When a client formally agrees to purchase a website, these Terms & Conditions are shown and must be accepted before work begins. Requesting a free quote does not create a contract of any kind.
Third-party services
Payments, bookings, maps and similar features rely on third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Availability of specific payment methods depends on the provider selected for your business and their own terms.
